My family and I have been going to Dr Childress for several years now and were impressed not only with Dr. Childress, but his staff as well they are family oriented and the facility is clean and well maintained. I love that he is very thorough about explaining any process during my appointment and always asks if I have any questions or concerns before I leave the chair.
Today I went to Dr Childress office with a toothache. The girls at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. I was so nervous and anxious. The assistant knew I was nervous and anxious but kept reassuring me everything was going to be ok and she explained everything so I understood what she was going to do. She was awesome. Dr Childress took his time with me to explain details and showed me pictures of what was going on with my tooth and reassured me everything was going to get better and get fixed . I left feeling better and didn’t feel anxious or nervous about the plan he set for me . It was such a wonderful experience and will be going back for future visits.
